Sanjeev Spolia, CEO
Supra ITS co-founder and CEO Sanjeev Spolia has two decades’ experience leading organizations in the Information Technology industry at senior executive and management level. With an appetite and eye for growth opportunities, Sanjeev has founded, developed and acquired multiple businesses, developing a network of integrated companies that draw their strengths to provide a holistic experience to its clients.
Since gaining a Masters in Computer Management, Sanjeev has successfully balanced strategic thinking with financial and operational objectives in the technology sector. His leadership has been instrumental in developing both Supra ITS as a leading provider of managed IT services, and the robust solutions behind the group’s many long-term customers.
JUSTIN FOLKERTS, CTO
Justin has over 18 years of experience working within the Managed IT Services industry. Over the years, Justin has successfully transitioned between IT Operations and Information Security and has throughout his career operated within both disciplines. Recently, he successfully fused the concepts of these two disciplines to become one of only a few IT professionals in Canada who truly understand how aligning Security with Operations creates business opportunities instead of constraints.
At Supra, Justin is responsible in creating and delivering a comprehensive IT Services portfolio and managing the Global Service Delivery teams. His mandate is simply to provide an integrated and seamless service that exceeds our customers’ expectations both in secure management and overall satisfaction with in how Supra delivers services.
ARUN PRAKASH, EVP, INDIA
Arun has a sincere passion in implementing processes and flexible structures that deliver value to the customers and shareholders. He comes with over two decades of comprehensive experience in business and IT Management spanning Conceptualization, Program Management and Delivery.
Since joining Supra India in 2012, Arun has led the team in providing effective, predictable and dependable services to its customers. With his acumen of sensing growth opportunities, Arun has helped Supra India expand its operations in Managed IT Services and Application development including Mobile Applications. He has rich domain experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and IT Project Management, both with public and private sector enterprises. Arun holds a B.Tech from IIT, Kharagpur and PGDM (Finance and Marketing) from Xavier Institute of Management.
STEFANIE LAHN, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Stefanie Lahn, Director of Human Resources is the newest addition to our management team. Her primary goal will be to ensure that Supra’s needs are being met from a human resource standpoint. Stefanie is well versed in many HR functions including employee relations, recruitment and training. Her proactive approach to our most valuable asset, our employees, is in line with our customer first approach. Stefanie’s educational background includes a BA from Western University and an HR Diploma from Humber College.
Her previous experience in the financial sector will be important as Supra moves in a more strategic direction with their HR focus. We want to implement programs and policies that see our employees grow professionally. Our goal is to have a workforce that is positive, engaged and ready to take on next level challenges for our customers. Our core values are the vision for the future. It is critical that we attract the right talent in order to seamlessly integrate them into Supra’s company culture. As Supra grows we will use Stefanie’s HR expertise to leverage our human capital while continuing to ensure a high standard of customer care.
Keltie Green, Director of Customer Success
Keltie has over 25 year’s experience in the Customer Service field building strong relationships and ensuring customer excellence. Prior to joining Supra, Keltie has worked with several large enterprise companies and provided a high degree of Customer Service and responsiveness to a variety of customers in both the private and public sectors. Her mandate has always been to exceed customer’s expectations and align our services with changing needs of our customers.
Keltie’s team role is to be a customer advocate within Supra and as such work closely to ensure that Supra provides the highest customer service to the clients it has the privilege to serve.
Keltie’s goal is, as she puts it, “to have our customers become raving fans”
